Street Dance
There will be dancing in the streets at 6pm on July 3rd!
We have a great line up on our annual Street Dance stage, starting the evening off at 6:00 pm, and our Live DJ returns to the street with danceable beats starting at 7pm and going until 11pm.
The evening is not just about music - island littles won't want to miss out on the fun at the Kid’s Zone from 6pm-9pm. KiDiMu will celebrate with hands-on activities and play! Build, create, and discover with the Kids Discovery Museum.
We will have amazing food vendors lining Winslow Way in addition to our local food and beverage spots.
Lastly, the fabulous Beer & Wine Garden sponsored by Bainbridge Brewing, Fletcher Bay Winery, and Sisters' Cider will be the happening spot for the 21+ crowd. Don't forget your ID, and bring either cash or credit card!
Are you up for a little volunteering?! It really is a community effort and we would greatly appreciate your help creating a place for our community to gather – and then putting it all away to clear the way for the Grand Old Fourth Parade.
Note about street closures: Winslow Way will be closed between Madison and Eriksen to cars at 12pm on the day of the event. Winslow Way will remain closed until the following day, when the 4th of July / Grand Old Fourth activities are completed.
Tide Flat 4
Based in Indianola, Tide Flat 4 opens up the Street Dance with creative acoustic arrangements of familiar and original songs.
Psycho Sushi
Psycho Sushi are a Kitsap-based band named after a beloved ankle-biting Chihuahua named Sushi. Formed back in 2009 (dang has it really been that long), this 7-piece is composed of guitar, bass, drums, a two-piece horn section and two vocalists. You will certainly recognize some of our songs but there will be an eclectic mix of some you may not have heard before. Rock, blues, jazz, R&B, rockabilly, it’s all part of what we do but, we do it a little differently. We play a wide variety of styles of music because we can’t make up our minds! Our goal is simple; play music we love, as well as we can, and hope you enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoy playing it for you.
High Voltage
High Voltage is a rock cover band that loves playing killer tunes, electrifying the house, putting on great shows, jumping around and seeing everyone have a good time. It’s pretty simple. If you love good rock from 60's today and especially love rocking out to the biggest most danceable, epic and fun hits from the 70s, 80s, modern rock/dance hits a few random tunes and maybe some AC/DC then you will love this band and the way they perform your favorites.
Its a party and you're invited.
